how I hover like a vulture around a
kill, another animal's wounded prey

why?

because words are detrimental
words are broken spirits
words are fallen stars
words are extinguished fires
words are murky stagnant puddles, where
many dirty muddy boots tread
lovers don't use words
true lovers have nothing to say to each other.
